Judger — Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Version: 1.2
1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and Orvex Labs s.r.o., Kurzova 2222/16, 155 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, company ID 29820260 ("Orvex Labs", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Judger mobile application and any related services (the "App").
By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy at https://judger.app/privacy explains how we handle data and forms part of these Terms.
2. Who may use Judger
You must be at least 16 years old. By using the App you confirm that you are. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You must not use the App if you are located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, or if you are listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3. What Judger is — and what it is not
Judger analyses a photograph of an outfit and returns an opinion: a score out of 10, a style archetype, and specific suggestions.
Judger rates clothes. It does not rate people. The App is designed and instructed never to comment on your body, weight, shape, face, skin, age or attractiveness. If it ever does, that is a failure on our part — please tell us at info@orvexlabs.cz.
The output is:
- entertainment and general style commentary, not professional advice;
- generated by an artificial intelligence model, which means it can be wrong, inconsistent, or simply have poor taste;
- subjective — two photos of the same outfit may receive different scores.
Do not rely on Judger for any decision of consequence. It is not medical, psychological, professional, financial or legal advice, and it is not an assessment of your worth.
4. No account
Judger does not use accounts, logins or passwords. Your access, your history and your subscription are tied to the device you install the App on. If you lose the device, wipe it, or move to a new one, your local history cannot be recovered. Your subscription can usually be restored through Restore purchases, because it is held by Apple.
5. Photos you submit
You keep all rights to the photographs you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process a submitted photograph solely to produce your rating — including transmitting it to our AI providers: to OpenAI for automated moderation, and to Microsoft Azure OpenAI for the analysis itself. The same applies to both photographs when you compare two outfits in a duel. The text the analysis produces is additionally sent to OpenAI for an automated safety check; that step never receives the photograph. This licence lasts only as long as the request; we do not store your photographs.
You promise that, for every photo you submit:
- it shows you, or a person who has given you permission to submit their photograph for AI analysis;
- it does not show anyone under 16;
- it contains no nudity, sexual content, or otherwise explicit material;
- it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights;
- you have the legal right to submit it.
We cannot technically verify who is in a photograph. This obligation is yours, and you are responsible for meeting it.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit photographs of other people without their permission, or of minors;
- submit illegal, explicit, hateful or abusive content;
- attempt to make the App produce content about a person's body or appearance, or otherwise circumvent its safety instructions;
- use bots, scripts, emulators or automated tools to access the service, or attempt to call our API outside the App;
- attempt to bypass the paywall, scan limits or rate limits, or reset the free scan by tampering with your device;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the App or its output without our written permission;
- do anything that damages the service or interferes with other users.
We may refuse a photo, temporarily block a device, or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken. Repeated refusals for explicit content result in an automatic temporary block.
7. Free scan, subscriptions and payment
Free scan. Each device receives one free rating. This is enforced on our servers and is not renewed by reinstalling the App.
Subscriptions. After the free scan, continued use requires a subscription. Current options and prices are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency.
- Subscriptions are auto-renewing. They renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings. We cannot cancel it for you.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us. Apple is the merchant of record for your purchase.
- We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify purchases and tell our servers whether your device is entitled. We never receive your payment-card details.
- EU and EEA consumers: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use the subscription immediately you ask us to begin performance within that period and, to the extent the service has been supplied, the right to withdraw falls away. This does not affect your statutory rights, and because Apple is the merchant of record, a refund request goes to Apple.
- Prices may change. We will give notice in the App before a change affects your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Fair use. Subscriptions are for personal use and are subject to daily scan limits. The limits are generous enough that normal use never meets them; if you do, the App tells you at the moment it happens. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the service.
8. Your licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store terms that apply to you.
We own the App, its design, its content and its trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Your results. You may use the ratings, share cards and feedback the App produces for your own personal and social media use, including on TikTok or Instagram. You may not present them as professional styling advice or as coming from anyone other than an AI.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Judger available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we may require you to update to a supported version of the App. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it ends.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete it. To remove your data, use Settings → Delete my data before deleting the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to serve you would harm the service or other users. Sections 3, 5, 11, 12, 13 and 14 survive termination.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We specifically do not warrant that ratings will be accurate, consistent, useful, tasteful, or free of error, or that moderation will catch every problematic image.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory rights regarding conformity of digital content remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress arising from your use of the App;
- our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) EUR 50.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Orvex Labs against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from photographs you submit in breach of Section 5 — in particular, claims by a person whose photograph you submitted without permission.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and may address complaints to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz), the competent body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
15. Apple-specific terms
These terms apply when you obtain the App from the Apple App Store:
- This agreement is between you and Orvex Labs only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Your licence is limited to using the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Orvex Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for support and maintenance. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Orvex Labs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, and for handling product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal requirements, and claims under consumer protection law.
- You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on a prohibited-party list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16. Reporting a problem with AI output
If the App produces something inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate in a harmful way, or anything that comments on a person rather than clothing, write to info@orvexlabs.cz. We read and review every report. There is no in-app reporting button today; adding one is on our list.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will show a notice in the App before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App and cancel any subscription.
18. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
