Judger — Support

Judger is made by Orvex Labs s.r.o. If something is wrong, broken or unclear, write to
info@orvexlabs.cz and a person will answer. There is no ticket system and no chatbot.

When reporting a problem, the two things that help most are your iOS version and what you were doing
when it happened. Please do not send photographs of yourself — we cannot store them and do not need
them to investigate.

Common questions

Most questions are answered on the home page: https://judger.app(https://judger.app) — what the
app does, what it costs, what happens to your photograph, and whether there is an Android version
(there is not).

Delete my data

Everything Judger keeps about a device can be deleted from inside the app:

  1. Open Judger.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my data.
  4. Confirm.

The app waits for the server to confirm the deletion before it clears anything locally, so a failed
network request cannot leave data behind on our side while the phone looks empty. Your rating
history lives on the phone and is removed in the same step.

Photographs are not part of this, for the simple reason that there are none to delete: a photograph
is processed in memory to produce the rating and is never written to disk on our servers. What the
AI providers retain for abuse monitoring, and for how long, is set out in the
[Privacy Policy](/privacy).

If you have deleted the app and want the server-side rows gone, write to info@orvexlabs.cz from
any address and say so; we will need no personal detail beyond that, because there is no account to
look you up by.

Subscription

Billing is handled by Apple, not by us. To view, change or cancel the subscription, open the iOS
Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the
period ends stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are Apple's to give. Request one at
